He is committed to Respected as a long-standing trustee, fundraiser and educator and is determined to help improve young people’s self-esteem as well as understand better the risks and consequences of decisions they make. When not working, Ben loves to be either in or on the water, preferably the sea!

Geal

Geal Stanfield has worked as a nurse and midwife in Edinburgh before moving to the deep south, where she became the mother of four girls.

Navigating teenage years with them, and their friends, reinforced her desire to see all young people realise their precious worth and give them more tools to make positive choices. This led her to be a strong supporter of Respected and then happy to commit time as a trustee.

David – Treasurer

David is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a decade of experience across the UK and Nigeria. He is able to support Respected with his strong analytical and communication skills. David worked with many students during his time at Bells University of Technology in Nigeria.
